Hello friends & family that have come here to see updates.

Why am i doing this?

• This is a travel diary so that i can record things that happen and post pictures i take.
• This is also a blog (lowkey). I want to give this retro method of photo/info sharing a shot. Sounds cool right?

So, my trip begins tomorrow. My goal is to learn as much Arabic as appropriate for such a short time. I will be building off of a rather limited base. I am familiar with the alphabet and wrapping my head around some of the basic phonetics. This will change soon إن شاءالله (inshAllah).
